Cleanroom Validation & Maintenance

Annual validation of your cleanroom environment is required to show compliance with relevant standards and to maintain the effectiveness of your cleanroom environment to safe guard your product or processes carried out within the protection of the room.

All of our engineers are fully trained in the execution of cleanroom validation to all relevant standards using the latest calibrated test and measurement equipment. Cleanroom and clean zone validation is carried out by us to ISO 14644 / cGMP requirements and any additional specific Client requirements.

Our routine and tailor-made servicing programmes will ensure that all HVAC plant associated with the cleanroom is checked, performance tested and maintained during every visit to ensure long life and to reduce the possibility of breakdowns.

We are also able to provide facility repairs, upgrades and supply all required replacement parts and consumables.
