Built, tested and commissioned in the UK the room was then dismantled and flat packed and sent by sea to Marrakesh.
The room will be used to incubate seed Algae in large 4ltr bags, the Algae will then be pumped out to grow beds where the Algae will multiply and grow while absorbing large amounts of Co2 from the atmosphere.
This is a new scheme provided by Brilliant Planet (UK) and could one day be used by other companies to offset carbon emissions on the journey towards carbon neutral.
The room features high power full spectrum LED grow lights to provide the ideal growing conditions at a constant temperature.
